Recently, the SARS-CoV-2 cases or asymptomatic patients were discovered in Changzhou, Jiangsu, once again ringing the alarm of pandemic prevention and control within the province!

Relevant leaders of Wuxi Kaiyi Hospital led relevant persons in charge of the Hospital Infection Control Department, the Medical Department, the Nursing Department, the Security Department of the General Office of the Hospital, the Logistics Department and other department, conducted the internal inspection of the hospital once again, supervising the implementation of guarding the “four” passes (the pass into the hospital, the pass into the diagnosis and treatment area, the pass of hospitalization and the pass into the wards) and the “three must checks” (must check the health QR code or the travel code, human body temperature, and mask); collecting and solving the actual difficulties existing in each post. Combining with problems discovered in the cross checks among the functional organs and departments and their self-examination and self-correction carried out recently, our hospital held a coordinating meeting at once to implement supporting measures in terms of staff, financial resources and materials, convey the spirit of the conference held by the Health Commission and emphasize the red line of pandemic prevention and control!

The meeting emphasized that the Leading Group of the SARS-CoV-2 Prevention and Control should play a leading role, as heretofore, in the prevention and control and strictly control the nucleic acid test and pre-hospital screening to eradicate cases imported from outside the hospital and prevent hospital-acquired cross infections! Meanwhile, medical workers should constantly strengthen publicity and education on patients, popularize the knowledge of prevention and control and vaccine injection, correctly guide incoming patients to achieve good performance in the SARS-CoV-2 prevention and control and truly serve as the health guard of neighboring people.

All staff in our hospital vaccinate the booster dose of SARS-CoV-2 Vaccine in an orderly manner

This week, Group leaders inspected Wuxi Kaiyi Hospital and took the lead in getting vaccinated the booster dose of SARS-CoV-2.

Ms. Bee Lan Tan, President and CEO of Columbia China Group said: “The pandemic prevention and control should be strengthened. In particular, the protection among the hospital and medical staff should be implemented in place. Only when we are vaccinated, can we ensure the safety of the patients.”
